Meet Ifeoma Ngwudike, a Founding Member of Immigrant Women in Business (IWB) and author of The Successful Immigrant Woman. IWB was founded in Eastern Canada but expanded during the pandemic to serve immigrant women across Canada. The organization supports immigrant women by creating platforms for them to network and cross promote their businesses.
For Ifeoma giving back is a moral law. Her focus is to use her own experience to support immigrant women as they transition to live and work in their new community. She very much believes in the IWB tagline “We are stronger together.”

I love to investigate stories, experiences, and numbers from different perspectives. I am passionate about learning, delving into the details, finding/sharing solutions to various problems, and improving processes.
I also feel strongly about making a positive impact and leaving an extraordinary legacy.
I excel by working with people and numbers (data), getting to know what issues there are, what goals to achieve, making connections, doing analysis, then putting solutions together.
I love to describe myself as someone in the people development business because I am fiercely caring.
