Adam is changing things up a bit and conducting this interview with Hartley Harris of Catch Engineering in person. This may be because Catch Engineering has one of the funnest working environments in Calgary, including office scooters.
Hartley is one of the owner/operators at Catch Engineering and loves coming to work and wants his staff to enjoy coming to work. He considers staff to be part of the family and knows you need to build that connection to make working together enjoyable.
Recently Catch Engineering started to build that connection into a strategic way to engage their employees. To give all employees a voice Catch held a strategic retreat last year and formed committees looking at how things are being done in the company. Employees can comment on things that they do and don’t like.
